Coronavirus Guidelines

The safety of everyone attending and contributing to this fantastic event is our number one priority.

A thorough Covid 19 and health and safety risk assessment will be completed for this event and we will continue to monitor the ongoing situation regarding Covid 19 and we will be working closely with the team at the Concorde Conference Centre to make sure we conform to government guidelines.

We encourage all guests to take a lateral flow test before coming to the event.

Please do not attend if you have a positive test or have symptoms of Coronavirus (cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches loss of taste/smell)

The Runway Visitor Centre team are well prepared in Covid safe procedures with increased cleaning in all public areas and hand sanitiser available on tables and in stations around the venue.
